THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute trash. It's so terrible, it makes me want to cry. I've tested it a million instances, and it still fails miserably. The construction is cheap, and the features are terrible. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisthing without being ashamed. I'm so disappointed that I wished I'd purchased something functional
